The 3rd edition of the pageant was won by 18 year-old Foon Woo. Foon went on to compete at the Miss International Center pageant against Sumi Mitsui, Japanese Queen, Filipino Queen Rosita deLeon and Adelia Avery, African-american Queen who was the winner.
