Irene Tsu went on to become an actress after being crowned Miss Chinatown. She was in many films and television shows over the years including I Spy, Star Trek Voyager, Cold Case. She appeared in movies like Green Beret with John Wayne, Paradise, Hawaiian Style with Elvis and Hong Kong movie Comrades, Almost a Love Story (甜蜜蜜) with Leon Lai and Maggie Cheung.
Irene in an episode of I Spy titled "Cup of Kindness" which was filmed on location in Hong Kong.
Irene plays Miss Chinatown in the film Flower Drum Song.
Irene with Elvis Presley in Paradise, Hawaiian Style.
Irene as Leon Lai's aunt in Comrades, Almost a Love Story.
